This morning I was at Joey's office mailing a care package to my sister (she had deviated septum surgery this AM)and a customer of his walked in and offered him tickets to the Auburn v USA baseball game tonight. Yea! We went and it was really fun! The weather was perfect. It was kind of overcast so it was cool and the sun wasn't in our eyes. I didn't stay for the whole game, but when I left Auburn was winning! Finley did great! She sat in the flip seats and looked around at everyone and ate some cheese fries. At one point I had her in my lap facing me and she was looking over my shoulder. I was watching the game and kept hearing her laugh and feeling her wave at someone behind me. I finally turned around and she had the attention of about 20 people sitting in the stadium seats behind us. It was too funny! She was loving it! She was waving at them and then she would wrinkle her nose up and smile. What a ham;)

Happy Mother's Day!!!
Happy Mother's Day to my mom, step-mom and mother in law. I love you very much and can't imagine my life without you. I hope you have a wonderful day and I wish I could be with you all.

Pool Time!
The pool opened today so despite it being overcast we headed over to swim. Finley LOVES the water! She played in her float, splashed around and even made some friends. We ate chicken fingers and fries and then headed home. It was a quick trip, but it was fun!!! I'm getting so excited for the beach!!!

Retail Therapy
Finley and I indulged in a little retail therapy at the outlet mall in Foley today. She isn't the greatest shopper anymore. She wants out of her stroller! It's fine in children's stores where they have an area where kids can play, but when I'm looking for myself I have to be quick about it. We went to J Crew, Old Navy and Carter's. They had great deals at Carter's. Nothing I bought was over $10. Old Navy had a lot of cute stuff too. They had these little cotton sundresses (for women) that would be great for the beach for $8!!! Here is a pic of Finley's loot. I got 3 pajama sets, a bubble, 2 rompers, 3 tops and a pair of shorts for about $50.

I bought myself 2 tops, a pair of shorts, 2 dresses and a bathing suit all for about $80. Now that I'm looking at all of it, I realize everything I bought is gray, white and black. (Sigh) Oh well, so much for buying color this summer.

Has it really been 10 years?
Joey had his 10 year high school reunion Saturday night. We both had a great time! The reunion was at B&A Warehouse and they had a great turn-out. There was dancing and drinks which is always a fun combination;) The food was really good too. After the official festivities, a bunch of us went to Nana Funk's for an after-party if you will. It was a blast! The evening made for a rough Sunday, but it was totally worth it. Not too long ago, I would leave the house at 11pm to go out for the night, stay out until 4am and then get up and go to work the next day at 8am. HOW IN THE WORLD DID I DO THAT??? It's Monday and I'm still recovering. We are officially OLD.
T-shirt quilt
Joey and I had a huge stack of t-shirts from college that we were hanging on to for sentimental reasons. They were in a garbage bag in our attic! A friend of mine made the shirts into a quilt and it is AWESOME!!! Here is a picture. Candace Williams makes them and her link is below. This is a great way to hang on to your t-shirts without taking up a lot of space. I also think it will be really cool to show it to Finley one day and tell her about all the shirts. GET YA ONE!!!
